Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order, applicable to both regular-priced items and exchanges.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, no credit can be issued. Please ensure to carefully check product details before making a purchase.
Returnable and exchangeable items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part in the order.
Exchanges for another product are subject to inventory availability. We may offer an item from our upcoming collection when available. Any price difference must be settled by the customer. Return shipping costs for the original item are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are encouraged to order with care by thoroughly checking sizes before purchase. Returns related to orders with multiple sizes, models, and colors will be accepted, but processing fees will apply (Stripe platform fees and shipping costs).
For full or partial refunds, please note that the return shipping fees, Stripe platform fees (3.7%), and any applicable customs charges will be deducted from your refund.
